The judge accuses Trapero of sedition and criminal organization

Judge Carmen Lamela accuses former chief of the Mossos, Josep Lluís Trapero, former director Pere Soler, and former secretary of interior César Puig of the crimes of sedition and criminal organization membership. Lamela considers that they obstructed the work of the Spanish police on the register of the Ministry of Economy of Catalonia and helped in the organization of the illegal independence referendum on October the 1st. 

The magistrate thinks they formed part of a criminal organization lead by former president Carles Puigdemont whose sole aim was celebrating the referendum and declaring the independence of Catalonia.
